GUARANTEE – All paintings are guaranteed to be one-of-a-kind original artwork created with the finest quality of art materials.
PRINTS – Giclee reproductions are printed using the latest digital printing techniques with the highest quality archival paper and inks.
NOTE CARDS – Cards come in sets of 8 and shipping is included for FREE.
ORDERING – Most people prefer the convenience of using the Shopping Cart. It's quick, easy and allows you to use a credit card. However, you may instead send me an email message stating the title of the artwork, type of art (original, print, etc.), your name, email address or phone number, shipping address and method of payment. I will contact you for confirmation.
PAYMENTS – Credit cards using the Shopping Cart are preferred. Personal checks are OK if name and address is preprinted. Checks need to clear my bank before items are shipped. No money orders.
SALES TAX – A 7% sales tax must be collected on orders delivered to a North Carolina address.
SHIPPING – Artwork is normally sent insured via US Postal Service using Priority Mail. If you would like UPS delivery please let me know. I will notify you when your purchase is on the way. Sorry, USA sales only; no international shipping.
DAMAGE OR DEFECTS – If your purchase arrives damaged or defective please notify me immediately so I can resolve the problem.
RETURNS – If you wish to return an item, please notify me immediately to obtain approval and make arrangements. Returned items must arrive to me in good condition within 30 days of the purchase date.
REFUNDS – If a refund is due, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the purchase total.
